Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Livepix Ads platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Livepix Ads platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Services
Livepix Ads provides an advertising platform that enables advertisers to create, manage, and display advertising campaigns on live streaming channels. Our services include campaign management tools, creative asset hosting, audience targeting features, and analytics dashboards.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Advertising Policies
All advertising content submitted through the platform must comply with our advertising policies. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our policies, applicable laws, or community standards. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal products or services, misleading claims, adult content, hate speech, and content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the creative assets you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Livepix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your advertisements as part of the service. The Livepix platform, including its software, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Livepix.
6. Payment and Billing
Advertisers agree to pay for advertising services based on the pricing model selected for each campaign. Payments are processed according to the billing terms agreed upon at the time of campaign creation. We reserve the right to suspend campaigns or accounts with overdue payments. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7. Limitation of Liability
Livepix provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livepix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Livepix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding payment obligations survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, Brazil. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
